The inverse to my usual documentation of engaging conversations with others, "Thanksgiving" illustrates the isolation and disorientation from dissociating amid vibrant conversation. The animation captures feelings of "hearing" without "listening".
As the audio -- recorded at a family Thanksgiving -- progresses into a more jumbled mess, the visual depictions also become more confusing, chaotic, and strange.
